There is nothing wrong with the computer, PCM. Those are both the same failure.

Burned out SES light
Burned out upshift lamp
Cooling fan Relay
A/C relay

Open, short to ground or short to voltage will set these codes. First is to actually watch the lamp test when the key is first turned to RUN but not crank and verify that both the SES and Upshift ( if manual trans.) come on and the upshift goes off.
