Default Re: 2006 Saturn Vue Blower Motor Totally Inop

If your DON'T have a problem with the big connector on the driver's side, you may have a motor with worn out brushes. That was the diagnosis a friend of mine (and former Mr. Goodwrench) helped me to. I have intermittent operation of the motor on all speeds and after checking everything about, I spent $50 with Rockauto and 30 minutes swapping out the full blower assemble. 2 7mm self tappers for the "close-out" panel and 3 8mm self tappers for the blower assembly itself. Much easier than some of the horror stories I have heard on other makes. Thank you, Saturn Product Engineering; wherever you are now.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!
