No, you dont have to remove the engine to change the pump, the shaft seal on the pump has failed, you need to disconnect the 2 lines going to the pump behind it, then remove the belt, after that you need to spin the power steering pump pulley to access the three 10MM bolts that fasten the pump to the engine, after that you should be able to remove the pump and replace it, suck out as much of the P/S fluid with a turkey baster before you remove the lines as it will minimize the spillage.
