You can pull the hose off the PCV valve and suck it up through there; keep the rpms at around 2k while doing this. I poured the seafoam into one of those disposabal aluminum pans to make it easier to suck up

As for the smoke - while I am sure the seafoam is helping somewhat, AFAIK no one has ever tested to see how much is from engine gunk, and how much of that smoke is the seafoam that was just sucked into the engine
