If you are certain that a heater core leak is occurring, remove the right side console panel to have access to the heater core plumbing. Search the past threads for pictures other members posted. You'll see what's involved. And coolant will have to be drained in order to disconnect the plumbing to minimize coolant draining into the car interior.
