They always move, how much depends on wear. Older ones with more miles/abuse on the will move more than others. Mine barely move, while on my brothers old 1993 SL2 they moved a lot. Probably because he thought he bas Bo Duke and launched the car. They flexed so much that they dented the hood.

And judging by your avatar, your suspension sees more abuse than the average SC2.
