Default Things to check out at 120k....

Howdy guys. I've been looking aorund for awhile and have ideas etc, but I thought I'd throw this out to the collective intelligence here. My wife's '97 SL2 will be hitting 120k miles in the very near future, and I'm compiling a list of things I need to check on/replace, etc etc. We're had it since 30k and thus far the only things I've had to replace is the O2 sensor (4k ago) and AC compressor. That is, aside from the whole tranny at 45k when it pulled the infamous differential-pin trick... but it was still under warranty so they fixed us up nice.
Valve cover gasket leaks a bit, that's on the list, as is coolant and tranny flush, and of course oil too....
