I did find a pin hole leak in the area of the red circle in the attached photo. I was away for Canadian Thanksgiving and it sat for a few days and when I returned last night I could see a bit of oil weeping. The oil spot was about 3/8's of an inch.

I went ahead and did the acetone wash followed by the POR-15 prep wash (I figured it couldn't hurt) and a water rinse. When it was completely dry I applied 1 coat of POR-15 and pressed in a 1.5 inch square of fiberglass cloth over the pin hole making sure it was completely saturated. The cloth probably wasn't needed but I had it on hand so I figured I'd use it. I've since applied 2 more coats over-top in 4 hour intervals (10 pm, 2 am & 6 am ) and I'm going to do another today before I leave town for work. Four coats should be enough? How long should I leave that to set before putting the oil back in?

When I get back to in on Thursday I'll pull the wheel and take a look at the crank pulley seal and see what it is doing.

I thought I would follow up on this with a photo of the repaired oil pan. In the photo the area I repaired was the left side which is facing the front of the car. The leak was on the front side of the corner which is bottom left in the photo. I used POR-15 a little bit further than 3/4 of the way to the back (right side of photo). I didn't bother doing the back side as there was no rust and original paint looked good.
