Yes. It really doesn't make a difference (the plastic). I clay mine occasionally and wax and polish it. It makes the look great and easier to wash in the future.

Make sure your emergency jack is secured properly. Even slightly loose it will produce a rattling noise that can be very annoying.

Original owner, 2002 L200. hit 76K last weekend. Regular maintenance aside, only the ignition coils have been replaced. It's been pampered, especially in the last year.
