only if you're in SoCal:

Tan colored pull cover for 2003 LW300 (possibly earlier LW models). This slides into holes right in back of the back seat and then pulls out to cover the rear storage...

Re: Well, the time has come....

They got the year wrong too, it's a 2003. Criminy, they have the title, how do you screw that one up?

Re: Well, the time has come....

I decided to donate the LW to "Charity Cars" and take the tax write off (though it won't be much), so if anyone is interested it's being auctioned off by Copart with the proceeds going to charity...

I still have my Saturn Sky Redline... probably will have that forever. Bought it in October of 2007, so 12 this year.

Happy Well, the time has come....

After 14 years of outstanding service (15 actually, but the last year has been kinda iffy, but finally solved the P0174 code issue), I'm retiring the LW300 on the 14th when I pick up my new daily...

Re: Need part number/nomenclature

Absolutely. I drove 288.6 miles and took 10.7 gallons. Now I have this oil leak to get fixed and I should be good for another 185K miles :D

Re: Need part number/nomenclature

Iím not certain itís entirely the summer blend that gives better gas mileage, but rather the ambient temperature. For instance, as you may know, your engine uses air and gas in order to generate...

Re: Need part number/nomenclature

Still no code... but what's really interesting is that my gas mileage has gone up 3 to 4 mpg from the precondition. I had been running 22 to 24 and this morning my tank average was 27... :D

Thumbs Up Re: Need part number/nomenclature

Thanks again, Andy. I drove to/from work, about 70 miles and no light. Can't say it won't come back on, but the last time I didn't drive 10 miles and it came on. So we'll see what happens tomorrow.

Re: Need part number/nomenclature

It did, thanks. It seems the part I'm looking for is #90573182 and unfortunately doesn't seem to be available anywhere - discontinued it says.

Isn't in amazing that for lack of a $20 part,...

About that P0174 Code I've been plagued with...

I talked to my mechanic and he said that he tracked it to something like a PCV value, but not an actual PCV. Does anyone have a clue what part this might be? Being a half empty kinda guy and no...

I know I'm probably tempting fate, but. . .

It appears that the culprit for the recurring P0174 code really was the intake gasket. And, while he had the plenum and other stuff off the top of the engine, I had him replace the t-stat (been...

Re: Aftermarket Stereo Wiring Harness

That's what I was thinking. I am in the midst of replacing mine, so I will also have one available in the next week or so. Mine is the 6 CD w/cassette version.

Re: Aftermarket Stereo Wiring Harness

Do you believe it's the harness itself and not the player?

Re: Need a Plausibility Check on a P0174 fix

As a follow-up to the above rant, the shop says they found the culprit. It's a leaking intake manifold gasket. I recall reading something about this as a cause for the P0174 recurring, but being the...

Mad Did you ever want to shoot a car?

:upset: My LW has been in the shop since 1/3/19, because the old P0174 code once again reared its ugly head :x, and this was after they welded up the alleged cracks in the exhaust manifold and...

Re: Looking for some suggestions on new stereo for the LW

So I decided on the Pioneer AVH-2440NEX. It hit most of my boxes. It came with a old to new wire harness. BUT, it seems there are 2 wire harnesses plugged into the back of my current radio. In the...

Re: 2002 L200 - 40k - hi (I win)

Congrats on the new/old car. Sure seems like a lot of repairs for a car that doesn't even have 40k on the ODO. I probably went 150K before I started having to repalce things.

Nevertheless, enjoy...
