Re: Very Low Gas Mileage!

I have an Acadia, but I think my experience is relevant. I have found this vehicle to be very sensitive to speed. It loves steady driving at 35 mph and above. At 40 mph on a highway with few...

Re: recalls...clarification

I have a 2002 Acura MDX. It has had multiple recalls and, while I have liked it overall, it has been far from trouble free. Let's just say I am glad I bought the extened warranty. :xeye: I'm actually...

Re: High speed noise problem

Many vehicles experience this kind of buffeting wind turbulence when only the rear windows are down. I don't know why it happens. My current MDX exhibits this behavior. It does not happen if a front...

Re: Has Anybody Seen a Saturn Outlook Commercial?

I saw an Acadia commercial once. I have not seen an Outlook commercial. I did see a transit bus here in Salt Lake City that was wrapped with an ad for the Outlook. It was by the local Saturn dealer....

Re: Anybody find the need for backup sensors?

"Need" is a relative thing. :) I believe you will find the back up sensors very helpful with this size of vehicle, especially given its relatively small rear window and large blind spots. While you...

Re: Doors Swinging Wide?

Unless you have a narrow garage, park next to your spouse's vehicle, and have kids who aren't too careful (all of which apply to me). I used to have a Tahoe. That sharp point on the rear door beat...

Re: Buying an Outlook

Personally, I bought a portable DVD player for about $200 and saved the difference.

Re: Buying an Outlook

Depends on where you live. Here in Salt Lake City, the canyons in which the ski resorts are located are regularly closed to all but 4WD/AWD vehicles or chains. I end up driving up them a time or two...

Re: Why My Outlook Cost So Damn Much

And its ugly. I have (and have liked) a 2002 MDX. I passed on the 07 MDX and ordered an Acadia. (I know, I know, this is a Saturn forum.)

Re: Need Help---Looking to buy Outlook

There is a knob on the dash that allows you to control instrument panel brightness. You certainly can dim the panel lights, but I don't know if you can turn them all the way off. Just remember to...

Re: 2nd row floors

There has been a lot of discussion of this on various forum relating to the Saturn Outlook and GMC Acadia. Personally, I don't think it will be a big deal. A number of years ago we had a Nissan Quest...

Re: Saturn Outlook headrests on 2nd row?
