Re: Two issues of interest in cars i'm looking at.

That's really good to know. I'm going to check out the car next week, so i'll see if the key is worn but if I do end up getting it, i'll replace both the key and the cylinder as well. Thanks for the...

Two issues of interest in cars i'm looking at.

I'm browsing Saturns to buy [replacing my good ol chariot] and spotted one that interested me. It's a 2001 SL1 (I'd rather have an SL2, but the color caught my eye). In the list of concerns, the...

Slack in gas pedal?

Alright, I searched but not good enough i'm sure. Now on to the question. Ever since I got this car, there has been slack in the gas pedal. It's not BAD or anything, but it's also not something that...

Re: Slammed and/or stanced?

Roll on over to Sixthsphere.com. A good few guys like, Punkboysl2 for example, have pretty low S-series cars...you'll more likely get the info you want there.

Re: My Sl2 racing a 1.8l Miata

Congrats on outing that Miata. Many trims are pretty low powered but tons of fun and have great aftermarket support....and RWD ftw. I left my racing days back when I sold my MKII Jetta (VR6 in a late...

Re: What did you do to your S-Series today...

Changed my pads and my oil...my front right caliper's piston's dustboot is shreded up (I noticed it the last time I did my brakes...came to the conclusion that that is the reason why I get mass brake...

Re: Group Buy: AMR front strut tower brace

Real talk, that would be grimey if he got his bar before all of us. My new route from work would be a LOT more enjoyable if I had a front strut tower brace :snide:

Re: Two 94 Homecomming Editions Being Parted out on Ebay

Honestly, I also see that type of stuff, specifically the "...like any other Saturn." as a god thing. Because if they did see the significance in a Homecoming Edition, those parts, especially the...

Re: Intro thread and "build" overview

Totally looking forward to your Saturn's progress dude! Also, seeing your 3rd gen dash swap...man, I can't beat temptation. I think i'm going to just have to get a 3rd gen for my next Saturn just so...

Re: Bixenon projectors for both high and low beams?

I hope there's a way to rewire the DRL's from the highbeam...I'm going to have to look into this as well. Maybe the dudes on HIDPlanet can help you out if you...

Re: Need a new catalyic converter, downpipe or flex pipe?

Another great option (fully SS + mandrel bends =). Maybe in the far future (or for the SW1/2 I'm planning to get as a second car) i'll nab the Magnaflow.

Need a new catalyic converter, downpipe or flex pipe?

Then allow me to make a suggestion. SEGA has had a hole in it's exhaust since I bought it, but I didn't bother to do anything about it for a while. My girlfriend started to complain about an "exhaust...

Re: Intro thread and "build" overview

Sweet job on the Saturn dude. I have a question, for your Bride seats, did you custom fab the seat brackets?
Other than that, I digs it. ((Opinion ahead! The wheels on the NOPI-set up look better...

Re: What did you do to your S-Series today...

Firefighters did me a favor by accidentally knocking off the license plate holder (BOX!) on the front of SEGA. I opened a building door for them because there was a fire in that building (I had NO...

Re: Getting catalytic converter deleted. Input needed.

Ok. Deleting your cat in a Saturn S-car won't really give you any real performance gains, maybe the butt dyno will say otherwise. All you'll really get is a louder car and the lovely *pop poppop pop...
