Re: New Hybrids get worse mileage than LS1

In the mid to late 90s cars changed. Safety regulations changed. Insulation in vehicles changed. The vehicles you are comparing, from then and now, compare their weights as well. Weight is a HUGE...

Re: Saturn Sky swimming...

Went through a parking lot once to get around a flash flooded street. Got half way through and a wave came up over my hood and crashed on the windshield. Water could only have been 5-6 inches deep,...

Re: Antenna replacement

Most talk radio is on AM. AM antennas require the whole damn radio to be turned in order to adjust and tune, as they are completely stationary. FM antennas are what is outside of your car.

Re: Ecs off

Well...I have to say I am rather speechless on the end result :|. They went over the car with a fine tooth comb checking every sensor and every wire and wire harness and couldn't find a thing wrong...

Ecs off

So about two months ago I started having trouble with my Traction Control light coming on and stating that my ESC (Electronic Stability Control) was turning itself off. Which was something rather new...

Try the fair use dispute:

It could just be music you overlayed or had playing in your car while being filmed that caused the...

45,002 as of parking in the lot here at work.

@Midnightinohio: Can I ask how much your rims were when you purchased them? That has been my biggest hurdle. Justifying the cost of decent rims (and...

Re: Wipers/Clicker Problem

You have posted this in the Saturn Sky Tech forum, so I can only assume you have a Saturn Sky. It helps sometimes to post this information in your profile or in your signature so that others can know...

Re: 2008 Sky

I have an '08 Sky Redline as well. You'll both love it. I actually picked mine up four years ago this past Tuesday. It has been a great car so far. I've experienced a few smaller issues with it...

Re: Facebook page for Saturn/Redline started

Nice idea, but I would have created it as a group page instead of as an individual's page. It gives better functionality for what you listed that want to do with it.

Re: Your Thoughts on HID

+1 on killing your normal night vision. I sometimes drive with just fogs on at night since I can see outside of my lit range a lot better. I love getting out of the city to where I can REALLY truely...

Re: How many miles?

I've got about 42k miles on my 2008 RL. I couldn't imagine paying 30k just to let a car sit in the garage 98% of the time. That is a complete waste of money imho. It's my daily driver 8-10 months out...

Re: wow i was 3 quarts low on oil =0

I would also like to note that if you REALLY pay attention to your vehicle when you drive...feed back from the wheel, noises, and such...then you will begin to "feel" when the car is starting to get...

Re: wow i was 3 quarts low on oil =0

My 92 SL1 burns at about 1qt per 1000miles. So by the time I hit 3000 miles I've already replaced most of the oil. It's my theory, and I have read this from a few other people as well, that since we...

Re: NewbieSaying Hello and Coolant Temperature Question

I have an '08 Redline and my temp gauge generally runs between 202 and 214 in medium duty city traffic conditions. I would not expect the roadster to fair any differently, but that is just me. I may...
