I exchanged the tensioner pulley at the Car Quest Parts place and the new one rattles also. So Monday I'm going to go to Saturn of Bakersfield, make an appointment, and just hand it over to them.

I'm having the same problem with motor mounts on our 98 SL2 that has over 100,000 miles on it.
The top mount looks easy to replace but how much of a b***h is it going to be to get to the lower one...
