I visited East Germany when I was youger and saw every car was the same. Thousands of 20 year old Yugos in either pale white, tan, or grey. The only exception were Government owned vehicles which...

Re: Tire pressure monitors only work once a month?

We were told from day one that the monthly report would have the pressures, but that info could not be retrieved when calling ONSTAR. This was a known potential issue, so it was a part of our...

Re: Employee pricing

We have almost run out of vehicles every year when the next model year was coming in. I cannot speak for all markets, but if you want something specific then get it while you can.

The deal does...

Re: 2009 Aura - less quiet?

To clarify...the laminate glass in both in the windshield as well as the front side windows. The rear side windows have never been laminated, rather a thicker than normal tempered glass.

The...

Re: 2009 Aura - less quiet?

I'm a little comfused, as I did not hear of a change being made. My first concern was that I misled customers as a change went unnoticed by me.

Now, I checked 2008 Auras that we received within...

Re: Sale for August on Astra

I am at a dealership that is about 75% employee discount deals, so there is no way we were going to qualify for the $2000 dealer cash. This was not some dealers being stingy, rather having an...

Re: Used Outlooks

Whether a vehicle is a buyback or an exchange can seem confusing. One way to tell is whether or not the vehicle qualifies for the new car programs such as rebates and special GMAC rates. If it does...

a buyback is not an exchange vehicle. A person can bring a vehicle back and exchange within 30 days or 1500 miles and that is an exchange. A buyback was purchased from the customer by the...

Re: Should we compare a GL to a 4 or 6 cyl.

The assist in a mild hybrid is not much, like in the full hybrid systems. The 2.4 helps make it a stronger 4 cylinder, but not at all a fair comparison to the 6 cylinder now.

However, in 2003,...

Re: Advice for a used Vue purchase

drive another 3.5 V6 at the dealership to compare how the high mileage 2006 feels. This will help you judge if anything is off in the one you are considering. Drive them one right after the other.

Re: 2009 Outlook

sorry, cypress green is a 2006/2007 color for the VUE and ION. Not the dark green on prior models, but the one that changes in the sunlight.

Re: Used Outlooks
