Agility, AMR, and Carrera all had S-Series coilovers. I have AMR ones and they are an absolute delight to drive compared to KYB shocks and Sprint springs that I used to have on that car.

there is a little grommet (plug, not quite a grommet) on the outside side (driver side) of the clutch master cylinder. sorry I don't have pics, but you'll see it.

one other thing i noted that's wierd is condensation on the oil cap. coolant is clean, oil is clean - however, there is a milky residue on the oil cap. it's def condensation. i've since added fuel...

OEM off a 60K mile car, in perfect shape. not even the bolts were rusted.

plugs are NGK copper as previously mentioned. brand new.

plug wires are delphi, unsure of age, but under 4,000 ohm...

k so 'new' ICM, coils, knock sensor, and CPS. Symptoms remain. any other ideas? is it time to swap out the fuel rail?

yes, you can in theory do that: drop the pan, change the rod bearings, and reassemble. i don't see that you need to have the pistons out of the car, but I suspect i will be very difficult to line it...

ok ECTS soldered, plugs are at 0.040. I don't trust that the gap is always correct from the box just due to handling/shipping and whatnot.

i'm also getting a stutter, like a little misfire at...

ngk bkr5esa-11 for plugs. i've been running the gap a little on the tight side, i guess it would help to open it up a bit.

i did cover the tail pipe up but heard no hissing from the front area....
