The bracket and the dogbone mount are bolted in tight, nothing loose. The dogbone mount is original, but looks to be in good shape. Thanks for the input.

All the times I have looked at the coupe I didn't realize the back-up lights were located on the trunk lid. I would tape them off with blue or green masking tape before painting.

Not sure what you're asking, I only painted the center reflector that is attached to the trunk between the tailights. My reverse lights are intergrated into the tail/brake lights.
