Sparks came flying from alternator, time for replacement. Pray for me it makes it to my friends shop 3.6 miles away. No fires, no problems. Pray for me. Haha

YES. I get my ethanol free fuel from a station that uses Southern Fuels. If not, I use shell or sonoco. I stay far away from cheap fuel, I dont know why people do it for a few cents less than what...

To be honest, I think I replaced the clutch kit and the hydraulic system at 160,000 miles.... Clutch kit was Sachs, which still uses a valeo clutch disc I think, and an OEM (from Saturn) hydraulic...

Hydraulic assembly replaced, works fine. Slave cylinder clapped out and screwed up the plastic bushing as well. Probably going to invest in the aluminum shifter cable bushing you guys praise around...

tried to pull on door handle link at jy today to look at mfg date and since link was disconnected tried to pull open with link link dc'd from latch and sliced my hand...

Hey guys I hope everyone has been doing well. Still driving the 96 SL2 with 185000 miles on it, about a quart every 1300miles or so.

Recently drove it from Charleston, SC to Eastern Tennessee...
