Sorry to hear about your wife. The economy has been hard on a lot of folks lately.

Yeah $65 a wheel is not bad (most of the places around here geranlly run more than that if I remember...

Re: The worst VUE I've ever seen

Not my cup of tea but to each their own. If that is what they like then good for them :) Honestly it could be much much worse in my opinion.

Re: Lowering springs!

I like the height of the Nitrous' setup but he had to cut coils to do that which I couldn't see doing but it would be more detrimental to the ride quality. But heck the ride quality on the Sprint...

Re: 22" Chrome HELO 844's on '05 Redline

A few months late (I don't check this site that often anymore) but I have 22" DPE wheels on my RL and there is one other member on here that has 22" GFGs as well on a Silver NRL but has the Redline...

Re: New Rims On The Redline

The wheels look great IMO. I can't tell from the pictures though, do they poke a little bit from the fenders?

Re: Intake systems

Injen makes one that is more of a CAI style but it doesn't replace the majority of the piping. It just replaces the airbox and runs the piping to the fender well. I was running one on mine for a...

Re: Lowering springs!

Actually 2" is not terribly noticeable unless you know the Vue really well. I have Sprint springs on mine which lower the Vue 2" and I get people asking me all the time why I don't lower it :snide:...

Re: Armrests in leather?

Probably not a bad idea. The armrests pop off pretty easily and I can't imagine it costing that much money to have them done. It would likely look better as well.

Re: Air Bag & Steering Wheel Swap. 4cyl Plastic to V6 Leather w/ Pics...

I am wondering if the older steering wheel airbag is as much of a pain in the arse as the newer one is. I have pulled the stock steering wheel I don't know how many times and it still gives me...

Checkered Flag Re: Brakes and New Front Bumper Cover

As far as rotors go, I don't find that much of a substantial difference from one to the other. It never hurts to stick to something reputable like Brembo or Powerslot though. I would probably stay...

I can probably tell you in about a month or so. I am currently covering a lot of my panels right now barring the dash (at least not yet). Hell or I can ask my upholsterer how much he ordered since...

Re: What size rim/tires are you running?

It definitely rides like crap but those wheels are just for show so it doesn't bother me because it is really on and off the trailer and carting around the show if it is outdoors. About the only...
