Call the dealership? No. Contact 1-800-SATURN (or whatever) and talk to one of the friendly customer advisers. There is no prefect design, except for maybe a Porshe.

Make sure your not driving with the temp setting in the defrost mode, which hurts mpg due to the fact the condenser kicks in to eliminate moisture. That could put you in the 13 mpg ballpark.
