Please be a little more informative of what Torque values you would like, IE lug nuts or brake calipers? Also a Hanes or Chilton repair manual will have those Values.

On front wheel drive use them on the front for traction and steering control. Watch A youtube video on how to install. A trick I use is to install on an extra set of wheels and tires for the vehicle....

I have been using seafoam for close to 30 years on vehicles with only 50k on them and others with 300k. Never have I had a burnt valve from it.

I agree that it will run the engine fine until he can fill up with fresh fuel but ethanol gas can start to go stale in as little as 30 days but will definitely start to degrade in 6 months so...

A wrecking yard will usually not separate a part like that but would probably sell the whole steering column. Any You pull it parts yards near where you live? That would probably be your best bet.

You are correct if you use flammable carb cleaner. Non flammable drops rpms. For safety reasons non flammable should be used. Of course if a person is old school and a little nutty they use starting...

Spray carb cleaner on all vac hoses and where they connect while the engine is running. Listen for the engine to bog down from the spray.
