Pretty sure the Saturns have to have the OUTTER door skin removed to get to the door internals. Its a few star screws around the door from the inside to get the skin off.

Black grey is going to be either a momentary switch (used for programming usually) as said before or an On/Off switch to bypass the remote start when bringing it in for service or something similar.

You shouldnt need to order them. Take one out (using a screw driver as mentioned) and bring it to AZ with you to get new ones. They sell them usually in the help section, they come in a clear package...
