Re: Just for our Member, Chaos

That's very nice.
Thanks, I don't mind going aftermarket. Maybe for my '97 SC2, which does not have a sunroof.

I'll be ready to tear more into my '02's sunroof in about a year.

Just got...

Re: I need some advice on some body work for my car

TL;DR: your path depends on what is most important:

your time, your budget, the quality of the job. As they say, pick any two :)

Re: 98 SC2 project. Drive for now, maybe rebuild later.

I'm considering replacing the OEM fogs with LED fogs on my '97 SC2 eventually.

Re: Saturn SL2 1999 Timing Chain Replacement

Get baggies, label them for your bolts. Too easy to add time to your repair by having the bolt fairy visit and take away one of your bolts. :)

Figure about a weekend with no power tools. But...

Re: I think I need a new clutch [not sure]

That's for the automatic transmission only.

Oooohhhhh, tidy! :D

Something satisfying about having things line up perfectly

Line it up like that and the jugs won't slide on the corners!

Re: Would you change your 2001 SL1 for 2007 Jaguar S-Type?

Why not both? Keep the SL1, with 200k miles, it will be hard to sell/not worth a lot, anyway.

Then you have something to drive when the Jag is broken down. :)

Re: 1997 SL1 Oil Leak - From where?

Re: Free Fuel Filter - 2000 Saturn S-Series

Ah, OK, thanks anyway.

I don't need a filter now, but if it was a wix, I could throw it on the shelf for a few years down the road as the price was right. :)
