Astra wheels for sale

Anyone looking for a set of 16" Astra wheels off of an XR? Wheels have 15k usage, include the TPM sensors and are in very good condition. Kid wrote my car off back in January while it was wearing...

Just as a follow-up to my earlier post, i went with the Yokohamas and they are excellent in the light snow/slush/icy conditions and relatively quiet / smooth riding. We haven't had a heavy snowfall...

My old 2001 Olds Alero had a Monsoon factory amp hidden in the left rear fender well and my wife's 2006 Mazda Tribute has a factory amp installed in the right rear fender well area.

Sometimes it can as simple as not properly securing the gas cap after the last time you filled her. It will take a tank (or two) of gas to reset it if thats the case.

I'm taking mine back to where i bought it (Saturn/Saab on Wharnecliffe) in April for its first service. I have yet to find a GM dealer that i like here in Cambridge or in Kitchener.

'Performance' and 'Astra' dont exactly go hand in hand here in North America.

I'm not exactly sure what they did but the shop said something about the antenna amp not being connected. Whatever it was it works much better now.

It would likely be less expensive but only if you do it. It should be an easy paint job though. Matching the paint colour (or color for those south of the border :) ) & type/finish (gloss/matte etc)...

ok, I had my local stereo shop install a wired FM modulator with a shut-off switch but the sound quality is only marginally better than the wireless unit in my wife's Ford Escape and now i have no AM...

Ok. Courtesy car and my new XR5 both ran at approx 2600 rpm at 100kmh and 3000rpm at 120kmh (give or take a 100rpm for each). RPMs do seem a little high but no big deal...

I'm considering a remote start unit for my new XR5 cuz the range on the factory key fob is awful short. I think i'll go in & talk to the local specialist shop to see what they have to say.

I noticed the high revs in the courtesy car (XR3) that Saturn of London gave me for the last 2 wks while i wait for my new one to arrive. My new one (XR5) is supposed to be ready for pickup tomorrow...
