I was going to say for the optional trunk mounted CD player as well... to clarify- the trunk mounted CD player would have been the CD Changer- meaning that you could have 6 CDs in the box, at once-...

Your Wiper Motor is starting to go bad.

I would go to the JY to pull a replacement. Usually you can get a JY Wiper Motor for about $30 +/-

1995 did have a Gen-2 Cluster --- BUT ---

Gen-2 Clusters were still ANALOG, until the changeover in the late 97/early 98 model year, when they went to a DIGITAL Number readout for the odometer. ...

The main thing I would be concerned about is that- even though the Rattle Cans would start out at Room Temp of 70 Degrees... then you are moving into the garage...at 30-35 Degrees- is that the Rattle...

I had the actual brake line rust out, that runs across the back rear support, that sprung a leak. Every time I went to pump the pedal, I could see fluid pulsate out.
