Auto parts stores have producte for disinfecting A/C. Problem comes from running A/C with "recirc" too much.

Since those "superchargers seem to be a warm air intake with an electric moter, perhape it would give more power than stock, especially if one deletes the moter part.

Super glue the tube to the spray nozzle of a can of silicone spray.
Insert the tube into the door along the window on both sides....
