Ok! News update.

Wheel Hub and Bearing went in (diy), and also got an alignment.

Total price: Parts (60$ advanced auto parts)
My labor: Few beers + 1 hour
Pep Boys Labor for alignment (60ish...

I would 96% suggest a salvage yard -- an OEM replacement will run you upwards of 90 bucks.

Check RockAuto.com and google those product numbers to shop it around.

It's pretty expensive :(...

I will be returning the parts at the store with a minimal fee, and actually pick up the new parts there (store is only about 25 miles away).

#1 seems like a belt/ pulley.

#2 sounds like a fluid leak of sorts.

#3 can't be sure, but to me sounds like cv's/hub bearings.
