Hitch isn't level

I just installed a 2" Curt hitch and a motorcycle carrier (for my scooter), and as you can see in the picture, it's not level. Once you put the scooter on there, it gets even worse. Is this just how...

Re: 2004 VUE with P0137, P0138, and P0139

I talked to the guy at the shop, and yes, the back-side downstream sensor was the one that was most recently replaced. Next he wants to replace the electronic module, and I get the feeling that he's...

Re: 2004 VUE with P0137, P0138, and P0139

Now that's a good question. I will be asking the guys at the shop tomorrow. I can usually trust them, but maybe they aren't aware of the four sensors.

2004 VUE with P0137, P0138, and P0139

To make a long story short, my VUE has been in and out of the shop a few times, and had both oxygen sensors replaced. Yet I'm still seeing the three codes mentioned in the title. I'm not taking it...

Re: Sold my Saturn after 17 Years

He's right, it is cooler. :D

My wife has a 2014 Outlander. It was a good choice for us. It has a third row, was reasonably priced, and on a good day, gets 30MPG, which is pretty good for the type...

Re: Sold my Saturn after 17 Years

Oh, nice! I test-drove a Mirage when I was looking at new cars last year. I almost bought one, but I'm a bit too tall for it. (I ended up with a Nissan Versa Note.) I'm almost just hoping for one of...

Re: What did you do to your S-Series today...

Here's what I did to my Saturn today. I'll get it back in the Spring. But at least the SC2 is still safe in the garage.

Re: KREEN Added to Oil Reduced the Oil Burning in my SC2.

OK, so before adding a pint of KREEN to my oil, the car was consuming a quart of oil every 250 miles. After adding KREEN, the car is consuming a quart of oil every 250 miles. :( Should I go for the...

Re: KREEN Added to Oil Reduced the Oil Burning in my SC2.

So, does KREEN evaporate or burn off quickly? I finally got around to adding it to the oil a few days ago, and as of this morning, the oil/KREEN level is down quite a bit.

Re: Engine BARELY running after vehicle was parked. Help

I recently had a piece of carbon flake off and get stuck in the EGR valve, which was holding it open. It happened suddenly, and the car just would not keep running at all unless I held my foot on the...

Re: '00 SL2 burning oil

I wish my Saturn would go 1000 miles before I have to add a quart. :(

Re: 2001 SC2 stalling all of a sudden

OK, it's fixed. A piece of carbon broke off and got stuck in the EGR valve and was holding it open.

Re: 2001 SC2 stalling all of a sudden

Yeah, one of the first things I did a couple of years ago when I got it was to clean the throttle body.

It's at the shop now, so I'll wait for them to check it out and hope it's something...

Re: 2001 SC2 stalling all of a sudden

I don't have any tools with me. I could get some at home (like a screwdriver and a socket set), but I don't have anything for measuring any pressures. I'll check all the sensor wires and see if any...

Re: Car stereo that plays long mp3 files

Mine will play "Rapper's Delight" from the Sugar Hill Gang. That's pretty long. Over 15 minutes if I remember correctly.

But seriously, I've owned a few MP3 car stereos (Pioneer, Sony, Kenwood,...

Re: KREEN Added to Oil Reduced the Oil Burning in my SC2.

Not according to the Kreen can. It says to put about an ounce into each cylinder, then put a quart into the oil.

So, if it doesn't drain down, will starting the car with an ounce of Kreen in each...

Re: KREEN Added to Oil Reduced the Oil Burning in my SC2.

So what's the recommended usage? Add about 16 oz...
