I have a twofer......
Both of our 2002 SL2s have an intermittent battery light when running - but - voltage at the battery (14.4 to 14.6) remains constant - indicating charge - when the battery...

First thing - try a new set of plugs.
I have seen plugs NOT produce a spark under compression. They would - outside the cylinder at ambient pressure.
No idea why - but I know it for fact.

Yes it is a 96.
It's in the queue for repair - the burp tank /heater line developed a crack in the T fitting and I need to replace it. It' s the first I have seen go bad.
Other than a so/so...

I also have a front seat out of a 94 sc2 that I welded to legs and a caster base. It makes for a comfy seat at my reloading bench....
