Thanks for the reply. Everyone, please vote in the poll. I'm really interested in how much money people think would be worth spending to fix it.

Dizzy Re: 2002 Saturn SC2 Air Dam

Dizzy Re: 2002 Saturn SC2 Air Dam

You are fast, my man! Thanks. I think I'll probably just be content with the zip tie fix, although I might replace the white ones with black so it doesn't show from the outside. The air dam is the...

Dizzy Re: Fuel Gauge Problem

I'll try the tips mentioned, but if it doesn't fix it I have a feeling it will bother me and I will break down and get it fixed, unless it's crazy expensive. Right now, I'm keeping the trip odometer...

Re: Fuel Gauge Problem

OK, I've driven about a hundred miles now and the fuel gauge has gone down to 1/2 tank. So I guess I still have a problem with a sensor or something.

Re: Fuel Gauge Problem

The fuel gauge went up to full. I haven't driven much since, so it is still showing near full. I might have to drive a few days to see if problem repeats.

I had a problem with the switch when I first bought my 2002 SC2 over a year ago and I took the switch apart and cleaned it and I haven't had any trouble since. It wasn't even that hard to do.

Happy Re: 90K service costs

I think that is a lot to replace spark plugs, but it might depend on the area of the country. I'm just saying they are easy to change, almost anyone can do it.
