Not sure your heater hoses (from the engine to the firewall) are insulated,
Putting some rubber insulation on (not the foam type), may help

(These are the ones used for cabin heat...)

Couple of hints

Fill the coolant reservoir up to the HOT line, when cold...
No heat can be low coolant of a bad thermostat.

Try Shell Rotella T6 in 5W-40, it may help the oil burning...

185/65R15 was the stock 15” tire,
But a 205/60R15 runs a lot better on the highway.

During a state inspection, the mechanic lowered my tire pressures to the 32 (front) /28 (rear), specified by the door sticker.

Drove like it was mired in molasses...

I reinflated them to 44 psi...

For brake cables look on Rock Auto dot com, for 97-98, same model, AC Delo parts.

For brake rotors, and pads, or shoes and drums, look at EBC brakes...

Any full synthetic 5W-30 works,
If it’s really cold, use a 0W-30.
A 10W-30 full synthetic can be used in hot climates...

Original tires on most of the Saturn S Series were S or T rated, 35 psi max.

Today's tires are "H" or "V" rated, and 44 or 51 psi max.

Put the OEM recommended pressure in, they drive terrible....

I would use Shell Rotella T5 in 10W-30, good stout cheap semi synthetic, with lots of detergents.

A gallon can be bought for $10 - $15 with a little looking around...

1700 lumans to 2350...

Low beams are a problem, the 9006 has silver paint on the tip.
9012 does not..

32 is a little soft, but it all depends on your comfort level, and whether you have any loose fillings or teeth...

Look carefully at your tires...

If they say "Max Inflation 35 psi", then 30 psi front and 26 psi rear works.
If they say "Max Inflation 44 psi, iI would put in 35-37 front, 35 rear...

The slightly thicker oil will help, and the detergents will get some of the gunk out.
