Re: XR Has '08 KIA Rondo For Garage Partner

I will keep my opinion of the Rondo to myself, as I am a performance car fan but I will say this: what you give up to KIA for a "nice package" and "good deal" is a margin of safety (or at least...

Re: 2008 VUE XE "Poor resale value"

Keep it. At least, keep it if it still fulfills your needs anyway. Base model VUE resale has never been its strong point. The strong points are safety, utility, reliability (hopefully)...

Where the customers from those divisions go:
Saturn: 75% to Japan, 10% to Germany, remaining 15% buy Chevy
Buick: 60% to Japan, 10% to Germany, Chevy/Cadillac keep 30%

Re: Our local Saturn dealer is closing...

Before most of the hubbub began, back around August, GM sent an internal memo to dealers that stated they [i.e. other GM dealers] have the option to do warranty work on Saturn vehicles, but it was up...

Re: Has your retailer closed yet

Just before I left Saturn after 5 years in Sept of this year, GM announced non-Saturn dealers could perform warranty work on Saturns (if they want, and they could NOT advertise the fact that they...

Re: 115 volt Outlet short?

You probably popped a fuse. That outlet is not made for appliances- think video game, not blender. I don't have a manual in front of me right now, sorry.

Re: 0% finanancing for 6yrs on Astra plus $750 rebate (Canada)

You can trade out any time you want, just gotta come up with the cash...hehe. Consider a vehicle financed with $0 down for 72 months. You are financing 110-115% of the value of a depreciating...

Re: 0% finanancing for 6yrs on Astra plus $750 rebate (Canada)

Are you out of your mind? 0% financing is always a good deal. You get to spend somebody elses money and take years to pay it back and not pay a cent in interest. Try asking for 0% on a house loan!

Re: want an astra go to columbus ohio

The new Saturn corp mandatory website is a little funky. I think it may be because the manual is the "standard" transmission with the Automatic being on the options list. Then again, it reads right...

Re: Demo Astra In Hand, Any ?s

Can I borrow it for a few days?

Did they give it to you loaded with 18" wheels or standard 17s? I find the ride a little harsh with the 18s myself.

Re: want an astra go to columbus ohio

The buyers talk the talk, but they don't walk the walk. Drive at the speed limit for a few days on the freeway and see what I'm talking about.
BTW we have 70 Astras in stock, rolling about 1 per...

Re: California license plates!

First you have to acquire the plates. Check auction sites, collector car mags, junkyards, swapmeets, whatever.

Then you pay the DMV personalized license plate fee for whatever the plates say (you...

Re: 2009 Astras Rolling Out?

No changes for 2009 except the clock (maybe). You can get tan inserts in the interior instead of all charcoal. That's about it.
