Headliner fabric sag

It's amazing the difference the new mount makes. The old mount was factory installed and was the 'frown' style. New studs came with the new one.

I just bought this engine mount from Auto Zone for $34.99 and believe it to be the correct one. Could see no frown. Would someone confirm that this is true?

If you getting Reverse “Slam” or similar problems – just replace the Valve Body. It is easy and cheap enough.

Saturn wants $680 so I bought remanufactured Valve Body ($268)...

This is an easy do it yourself repair. I bought a rebuilt valve body off ebay for $195 including shipping and installed it in an hour or so. A local transmission shop wanted $600 to do the same...

Will OEM parts be manufactured and available ongoing for Saturns? And if so where will they be available. In my area the Saturn dealership owner also owned a Chevrolet dealership and any left over...

Sometimes the B.F.H. is the most useful thing in my toolbox. I used it just the other day to remove the rotors on my SL2. :>)

I just did the front brakes (pads and discs) on my 99sl2 and must say what an easy job it was. I have done brakes on many other cars but the Saturn design is about as simple as disk brakes could be....

If you have the factory installed system still on the car and allow the muffler to just hang down after the clamp breaks, the welded connection at the rear of the resinator will crack causing noise...

Not sure what year car you have...but on my 99sl2 there are three fasteners you discribe as "screws with no heads". Just gently pry the smaller rivet looking center up with a small screw driver...

The crack may be hard to see because it was at the top of the pipe where the pipe was welded (by the factory...I think they welded the whole exhaust system into one piece not using...

I had the exct same thing happen to my 99sl2. The muffler clamp rusted and broke, allowing the muffler to sag enough for the pipe from the resinator to the muffler to rest on the...

Starter flat spot?

1999 SL2 104,600 miles.

Every once in a while the starter will hesitate or hit a flat spot while I am cranking my engine. This hesitation is only momentary and the starter will continue to crank...
