dij- look into auto-rx to clean your engine you won't be disappointed. www.autorx.com just pour it in and drive. :)

Just sold my 97 SWII 180K commuter. Ran great.

Just wanted to add an FYI:
When installing the bushing push it in by hand into the cable to the last nub on the bushing. Probably as far as you can push it. Then use the "C" clamp to push the ball...

97 SWII with 173K miles and as I went to change gears at the light there was nothing on the shifter. Something broke below the pivoting point on the shifter. :(:cry:

I've tried the MMO soak and Seafoam and neither did anything except make alot of smoke. So far my compression has increased and MPG are back to my previous numbers. :)

Coolant level light indicates the float in the resv. is hung up. Remove the resv. and give it a good cleaning b4 it really gets gunked up.

Update

I'm at 172,946 miles and finished with my first clean phase on the Saturn. Compression #'s are virtually unchanged :( but MPG are still 32. :)

Nothing broke or loose that I can see. It feels just fine but it'll vibrate at certain idles. It makes more noise than I care to hear.

97 SWII has a headlight rattle at idle. I've been shoving a piece of foam to stop it but theres got to be a better way. What have you guys/gals done to fix this annoying problem?
