This might sound dumb but I'm having trouble getting my front right turn signal to work in my 96 SC2. I figured the bulb was out so I swapped the bulb but only The DRL part of the bulb is working...

After the car warms up I think it idles at 800 rpm which seems normal. Its only the first second of starting the car that the rpm drops. I dont think anyone adjusted anything but i have a sticky gas...

Does that mean the alternator could be damaged from the short or that the alternator just didnt do anything?
I'll be starting it in a few as soon as the battery is done charging.

LOL wow someone should make the instructions for connecting the lines a little more clear. So you're saying both wires connect to the same post. Im gonna guess the correct post is the one on top.

checked voltage at the battery
Engine off - 11.9v
Enfine running - 10.4v not even close to 14v.
under load (high beams AC) - 6v.

I should also mention that while it was running the battery light wasn't on and the battery is fairly new (1 year old)

Ok good news is that I got it in. Bad news is that I forgot to bolt the sway bar bracket back to the knuckle. How important is that bracket? Can I leave it unattached.

I was gonna say 96 too because my 96 SC2 still has pop up headlights but it doesn't have the uglier front bumper and the rest of the car has the 96 updates on it.
