I second this reply. Had the same issues with my L300 the sensor eliminated the problem. It is a 10 min replacement job.

It did turn out to be a burned connector pin on the switch, just cleaned it and was good to go.

Replaced the CPS (about a 10 min job) a week ago and so far the random no start after sitting when hot with code PO727 generated has ceased to happen.

In mine thanks to to info from Dach, is fixed. There IS a grounding block just in front of the battery tray under the radiator fan control with probably 10/12 small black wires going to it and one...

I have the identical issue with my L300 - light stayed on after filling, replaced sensor , light still on, jumper - ed the plug to sensor light still on. Closed circuit should turn off alert lamp,...

Problem solved. Two new coil paks, 6 plugs and it runs like new. Old units had a lot of oil on them and showed burn tracers on the plug covers. All reply's were appreciated.

My guess is failing a failing coil pak. Timing belt was replaced recently along with ALL the rollers etc. Might take to my local Chevy dealer and have one of their guys with a scan Tech II scanner...

Did not find the high speed blower relay either in the R or L panel. There is a 40 amp fuse in the under hood fuse block but that's all. Could it be some where under dash as I heard a clicking sound...

I am getting blower function on all speeds "Except" high (#4) highest speed. Is that a separate circuit from the other speeds? IF so where is it fused or relayed?

Thanks, there seems to be a fair amount of room as the compressor is on the bottom in an open area. If it was unbolted I think you could tilt it downward enough to remove and replace the pulley.

All the idlers as well as the belt have been replace. The mechanic that did the replacement indicated it was the AC pulley. He recommends replacing the compressor pulley and all. Seems like a lot...
