For anyone else, this connector is made by Standard Motor Products and the part number is S952.

A Google shopping check has a number of vendors selling it and www.rockauto.com carries it too. ...

On my 98 SC2, I am missing the two center bolts to the timing chain cover. Can anyone provide the size, thread pitch and length? I am pretty sure they are two different bolts. It's a nightmare...

It is the three wire connector, so the TPS. Is this a junkyard item too? Does the IAC go to the lower connection on the TB? They both fit in the upper port, but I am unable to...

I have tried searching and the Haynes manual I have doesn't show it. What ftlbs torque do I use to reinstall the studs? The nuts have fused on the quantum level, so I am putting the studs...

Ok, so I am going to pull the head. I know I need a head gasket kit, i.e. new head, intake, exhaust etc. Do I need new head bolts too? I am thinking yes, as the engine as 195K plus on it.

Yeah, I hear you abou the metal shavings. I am going to see if I can turn an extractor or left hand drill slowly and see if it grips it. It is recessed into the head and there is no way to grab it....

FUUUUUUU!!!!!!!

I just had a bolt break. I am so bummed. When I was torquing down one of the bolts for the top guide, I over torqued it and it broke off in the head. :hothead:

Thanks Nuc! Had I simply browsed my Haynes manual, I would have gotten that I had to turn the crank. But, thank God I had presence of mind to check everything before I put it all back together!...
