Loved Satty for maintenance ease. Probably end up with a classic Chevy or other next. Pickup or sedan. Wish I still had all my old classics still.

Re: Said goodbye to my Satty today

I was the first person in Fayetteville/Ft Bragg area to purchase a Hyundai. It was white and another Bragg troop finally bought a red one exactly like mine. We were like buddies that waved as we...

Re: Plastic Radiator Repair Methods?

Re: Plastic Radiator Repair Methods?

After sitting a couple of hours I noticed a very slight bit of water on a ridge below where it leaked previously. Assuming the crack extending further down than originally thought I added more QS and...

Gave the QuickSteel it's recommended curtailment and refilled, brought up to operating temp and went for a drive. No leaks so far and held pressure.

Re: Compressor check

My HF manifold set seals fine. Right now anyway. Held vacuum for over a half hour with zero loss as I could discern. Good enough for my shade treeness anyway.
