3 trips to the dealer for a recurring axle seal ended when they replaced the entire rear differential. That was at 3,000 km.
The radio was replaced at 3,500 km after ingesting a CD.

I am looking into polyurethane bushings from the aftermarket as an alternative to the factory bushings.

Something is not right. Make sure you have the correct oil filter.
I wouldn't run the engine until you have determined the cause of the knock which might be an indicator of low or no oil pressure.

The factory chimes are integral with the factory radio. You will require the chime module to retain these features.
At least you can attenuate the level through your DIC.
