^^^ You really need that splash shield on the vehicle otherwise your serpentine belt will possibly get soaked when driving in the rain. Then, belt will slip!

YES, the seat will bolt in. BUT.............Do you have this electric seat out of the donor car? If you are pulling it from a JY, you will need to bring a 12 volt power source to the JY with you....

^^^ Bingo 02 LW300! Blown clutch. I ran power and ground directly to the clutch from the car battery. No click. Clutch would not engage.

Trying to find just a clutch for this compressor is...

Did a few things today. First disconnected the the 2 wire connector at the compressor. Key on run position, fan on high, compressor switch on (it does light up) ...no power on the green wire at the...

Sorry for not being real clear. The readings were taken when everything was fine and were taken at idle. Compressor engaged. Air was Ice cold.

Then, as mentioned the A/C just stopped cooling. ...

Should have provided more information. Compressor will not engage. Pressures on the high side are 170 low side 25-30 Compressor will not kick on.

A month ago, the system was evacuated for 45...

Any of you replaced this AC valve? Any suggestions for avoiding issues? A blockage is suspected.

The system will be evacuated professionally before this is done.

^^ It is doubtful that the lock can be repaired. I ran into one in a JY one day. Did not realize that is was damaged before I pulled it. Looked like the internal main shaft just sheared off.

Maybe shoot some silicone up on that top mount from the wheel well to see if you can tone that squeak down. Then try the same on the top in the engine...

The well only accepts a full size tire and wheel on the L SERIES WAGONS.

Pretty sure other forum members have tried to fit a full size on a L series sedan and it will not fit.

^^^ Why not just replace it with a full size tire and rim. Even the 16" wheel with a tire fits the well on that wagon. I have full size rims and tires for spares on all of my wagons.

^^^ The front sway bar links give a very distinct "Click" when they are worn. Replace them. Easy job!

Fdryer, is correct, remove starter to access the CPS. It's hidden behind it.

To remove the starter, you will need a ratchet, 4" short extension and a 15MM socket if I remember correctly.

Did replacing the front seal solve the problem?

For future reference.

The GM part # for the Torque to Yield damper bolt is 11589123 About $4.00 at your local Chevy dealer.

Does your remote release the lift gate latch when you operate the remote?

When you push the driver's door lock/unlock button several times does that release the latch?...

^^ If you do replace the front seal, be sure to replace the balancer bolt with a new one. These are torque to yield bolts and only allow a one time usage.

GM has new ones as well as others.
