Re: GM being investigated for a steering recall for the cobalt that wasn't for the io

Been a long time since I've been on here. But here we are, and I recognize some of these usernames still. :) I've received recall notices not only for the switch replacement, but the cylinder, too....

Re: Abs light on again

This has happened to me numerous times, at least 20, since it was new. And no one, not onstar or the dealer, has any idea why or when. It doesn't even affect performance. I don't even raise an...

Re: Some Saturn Owners, Retailers Have a Special Relationship with Vanishing Brand

Re: What they can't take from my showroom

I think my dealer knew something was about to go down, or at least did not have confidence that it was truly going to happen. They hadn't been replenishing any of their stock for the past couple...

Re: Too bad for Saturn :(

while I was never too cracked up with the Cobalt-Ion sharing aspect, at least I'll be able to hit up the chevy dealer or cobalt junkers for service & parts for along time to come.
Chrysler is in the...

Thumbs Up Re: Help Test the New Site Polling Feature: Have You Gone on a Road Trip this Summer

In May Orion went to Madison, WI on a week-long 200-dog emergency animal rescue, carrying two large supply totes in the backseat and a trunk full of buckets, bottled water, food, and garbage bags of...

Re: 50,000-mile report

Same here. This is the 2nd Satty that I ordered the way I wanted. What a treat! My salesperson was great. He found one that was soooo very close to what I wanted, but was not a manual. Could barely...

Re: Buying advice

The performance & options difference between the 2 and the 3 w/ perf package is like comparing plain cake to cake+frosting+ice cream. The 2.4 package is fantastic. The one and only thing that will be...

Re: 50,000-mile report

Same here, T. I kinda remember both of us took delivery of our 2.4s not to far apart from each other, and I have currently 52K on Orion. I wonder if ours were built within days of each other? Seems...

Roll Eyes Re: Broken air conditioner in the florida summer...wierd symptoms

I was thinking the same thing. It's like putting a tiny band-aid on a slashed jugular and then wondering why it didn't work, and then whining to the ambulance driver that you don't feel well.

Fix...

Re: General Motors Company now owns Saturn

I got the same notice, and I too noticed that Saturn had actually been sold (into slavery?) to New GM "Company". An odd twist that I didn't really know why, but after reading that New GM would then...

Oddly, today alone I had two different people say the same thing to me. One was a retiree-age person who noted how I was putting things in the quad door back seat while at the store.
The other was...

Re: What do Saturns go for today?

Sierra,
Try Saturn of Lafayette, Saturn of Ft Wayne, or Saturn of Fishers. All Indiana and kinda far, but you may not get the shaft from them. Also, try Lansing & Ann Arbor(MI). Fishers/...

I REALLY hope Penske is reading this thread. Wow, when you stomp all over the SaturnFans' loyalty, look what happens. He has a golden opportunity here; he better run with it....
