That plastic "belly pan" is held in with the plastic push pins. The air deflector is held with 4 springs (a pair on each side) that goes through the two parts and hooks to each other on the back...

When I bought the car a couple of months ago the previous owner had a brand new set of tires installed. Assuming of course the tire place balanced them properly. Not knowing for sure I had them...

Changed the oil in the '02, used half a quart in about 2500 miles. Used Mobil dino 5W-30 and an OEM filter. Next change with synthetic to get through the winter. Topped off the washer fluid. ...
