I've been checking the fluid and maintaining a good level, and it really doesn't leak that much.

First I took it to a tranny shop and they fixed...

I've been told they are actually 210mm roughly

No ill effects so far ....

Very good point ! thankyou.

Also, FEI I had the tranny and engine mounts replaced about 8k ago, so I know no noises are related to them :)

Probably so that if you decide to pop it back into gear while still in motion it doesnt scream so bad from 900rpm back up to 2000+
Slow rpm changes = less engine ware .. you'd think.
