I put the car up on jack stands and gave the tires a good wiggle. Yup, those bushings by the knuckle are indeed loose. Sway bar seems fine and not broken.

Rear handeling issues with 2000 LW1 wagon.
I have a 2000 LW1 (wagon) with just a bit over 300,000 miles on it. I have had rear handling problems with it the past year.
