I had an issue with a fuel pump that started to act similar, but I would pressure test the fuel line first. Pull the codes you are getting.

Rocker Panels

So after 20+ years now, It is time to do the rockers on my 2000 L- Series 4 door 2.2L

My body guy can't find pre-cut rockers for this and we talked about trying to source rockers from somewhere...

So? Has the current windshield been replaced in the last 2 years? Is it cracked anywhere?

The next question is are you sure it is the windshield? I can't remember exactly what the S series looks...

Have you tested the switch with a multimeter? Mine I leave full on always now as it seems to not work dimmed. My switch has a full-on what feels like a toggle almost and works in that position.
