So today we had the same problem.
Some info:
OEM Bolt is 14mm with 1.5mm pitch. There are roughly 3 or 4 threads the OEM bolt do not touch. When you strip the threads these are still good.

I ended up just calling a local dealer. They got me the studs & nuts the next day for pick up while the online dealers said it would take 1 week :)

The brake cable....pretty sure you can get it from any '95. '97 is when it had mixed cable lengths. Rock auto may be the way to go...

I'm thinking rebuild time.
You'd need to get that block bored out..no way its ok for standard pistons. I'd also ge the head redone or buy a new reburished one (latter of the two is easiest).
