Thanks for the reply.

I currently have an 02 that has 185K miles on it. The engine has a little ticky ticky when cold, but overall...

Transmissioin question

I'm in the market for another daily driver. I've had two 2.2L 5-spds over the years, and I'm considering a V6 model.

What years got the 3.5L Honda engine?

Also, what tranny would I find...

Re: Help - Electrical issues on a road trip

I went to the local Advance Auto store and had them pull the codes. The only code found was a U2107, lost communication with body control system.

I'm starting to see a number of issues associated...

Some follow-up information:

The Vue has 165K miles, I've owned it for the last 8 yrs and put 120K miles on it myself. It has been the most trouble-free car I've ever owned.

Re: A/C compressor oil leak

I guess I'm looking at this wrong. I assume that if there is an oil leak, there is also a refrigerant leak. Since the leak originates from the small plate near the bottom of the unit, I assume it...

Re: A/C compressor oil leak

You're correct, it hasn't failed yet.

My experience is that original a/c compressors will work fine in excess of 100K miles, but once they fail, it seems the replacement compressors seem to only...

Re: A/C compressor oil leak

Thanks for the input.

Re: Odd water leak

I did a little diagnosing today. I poured water down the cowl, and it came out the bottom with no interior leaks. I poured water on the T-tops, and it began leaking. I found it was coming in at...

Does anybody know if the Aztek tent option will fit a Saturn?

I've got a buddy who totalled out his Aztek, and had the optional tent you could buy from Pontiac. It's only been used once. Trouble is, he's 1000 miles away and I won't see him until next year...

Thanks for the input. I'll look at it tomorrow.

I've got a couple of questions that I'd like your opinion on. My car has 98K miles. About 2/3 of it is freeway 70 mph driving, the...

Thanks to CrewCab for the wiring harnesses.

I must have cut a ground wire when untaping the harness. I re-connected that wire and my tail lights and turn signals now operate properly.

The lone...

Re: VUE paint and warranty questions

From my perspective, GM quality has gotten worse.

My 93 Suburban is a 3/4 ton 454 4x4. It has around 230K and has been very reliable. I ran a lot of miles up on it quickly, and bought a nearly...
