Re: Spaceman's BYOB-DOHC Rebuild Partythread
The PCM vintage MUST MATCH THE BODY YEAR and ENGINE/TRANSMISSION TYPE. The trans type, MP-2 MP-3 MP-6 MP-7 must match the engine if you want it to work. That trans you installed is likely junk.

Re: Timing cover removal
Yes, that will work and if that relief fails you will have no oil pressure. The pump is self priming as long as the geararotor is coated with assembly lube. To insure it actually primes you replace...

Re: oem tstat date code question
Anything that increases oil temperature will lead eventually to oil consumption increase unless you are using actual PAO synthetic oil. What you are looking for is the highest temperature before the...

Re: 2002 SC2 double din radio question
The usual issue is the depth not the double DIN face size as most but not all double din radios will fit. Use the big search box and run a search on double DIN there is lots of info on this including...

Re: 99 Saturn SL2 Intermittent hesitation/shaking
That can be a problem but getting one to stick open requires a chunk of carbon to lodge on the seat. If you are burning oil you should be using s screened gasket to break up the carbon. That pintle...

Re: 99 Saturn SL2 Intermittent hesitation/shaking
Your info is correct for a OBD-1 controlled valve but incorrect for the OBD-2 as the OBD-2 electric valve, when on an OBD-2 system, has a direct readout of the desired position and will set a code on...
