Re: Finally the proud owner of a REDLINE

Congratulations!

I now have 109,000 miles on mine, and I've never regretted a day of owning it, except maybe the fact that heavy fog is enough to stain the Recaros.

Sounds like you got a good...

I have a Road Rippers Saturn ION Red Line. It's about 8 inches long. There are 2 buttons on the roof. If you press one, you hear the engine rev for a few seconds before the car takes off with a tire...

At the very least, Amzonow232012's posts belong in the "Classified" forum, not "General Discussion".

Re: Clutch issues - pedal?

You are most probably correct. I had the same thing happen to my car, and had to replace the clutch pedal assembly.

Now I'm getting back out of here before someone tells me I'm WRONG, WRONG,...

Re: Brake wobble question

That would be 2006_ion2. You can search threads about warped rotors in the ION forum and find it.

And on that note, I think it's time for me to bid farewell to Saturnfans. It's been great...

Re: Rare Saturn Ion Red Line for sale has low miles because it was 'bought as a toy'

Asking price is a little high, but I'm guessing it is somewhat negotiable.
One thing for sure, there can't be more than a handful of Red Lines left with low miles like that one. If it's stock,...

Re: Car doesn't start after getting gas!

Gas cap seal issue is common as the car ages, and your symptoms definitely match. Might just need to replace the cap. 20 bucks or so.

Re: how to fix a hand brake boot?

Redlinegoods.com has replacement boots for the manual trans and e-brake for $49. A little steep, but from the pics, they look to be good quality leather.
