Re: Low Mile Finds

The status title of "rebuilt" could also mean that that the car was towed and not claimed by the owner.

In the state of Ohio, for those drivers that are DUI- by law- they have 30 days to claim...

Re: WTB SL2 Aluminum valve cover

You should be aware that the bolt patterns changed, even on the Aluminum Covers. The 1991 model year is out- but just be aware that there are two different bolt patterns on the Aluminum Covers; has...

Re: 1997 SW2 find

In regards to your PSI readings, they are extremely low- they should be at 180-190 across all 4 cylinders- Ideally at 185 PSI on 4 cylinders. You may have some more internal things to look at as...

Re: 1999 Saturn SL1 to repair or parts donor - Houston Texas - stick shift problem

You do realize, that if you take off the center console- the shifter bushing may have broken; and it is an easy fix between $20-$30.

Just some food for thought, if you are wanting to keep the...

Re: 1999 SL- EGR Issues/Now different codes

I've already replaced the Spark Plugs, Wires, Coil Packs, and EGR.

I've been able to get the EGR codes cleared; as mentioned in a previous post. But I have a slight smell of unburned gas- which...

Re: Coolant leak in 99 SL

If it is leaking onto the Serp Belt, it most likely is the Water Pump that is going bad.

Water Pumps are fairly *easy* on these cars, if you have the tools and a bit of time.

Jack the car...

Re: another high mile
